The first appointment is the meet and greet.... this is where we get to talk and learn about what you are looking for regarding your event. It’s important that your date and venue are confirmed in order for us to properly understand the needs of your event. If you have a specific budget in mind, we will try to respect it based on how realistic your vision is. During your appointment (which will normally take about an hour) we encourage you to share your ideas, inspirations and any themes that you may have. With this in hand we can come up with a proposal that will help us to prepare a quotation.
Normally the second appointment is to tweak the original quotation that you have received. You have now had the time to reflect on the aspects of your event that are important to you and make any changes necessary. We may have prepared a sample of what you’re looking for or solidified style and colour themes of your event.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date and installation. This is an important detail..... we can accept a limited number of events for any given day. Without a deposit your quotation remains just that, a quotation. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee service for future dates without a deposit.
